Mandatory ASB candidate meeting during Advisory period (8:20 am) in room #10.
Rules and Regulations will be discussed and all necessary forms will be given out at this meeting.

Signed petitions, grade check forms and speeches due to Mrs. Nelson in room #10 by 8:15 a.m. A typed copy of your speech must be turned in on an 8 ½” x 11” piece of paper. You must also have a copy for yourself. This speech must be as you will give it during your broadcast recording session. No changes can be made to your speech. No exceptions!

Posters are due to Mrs. Nelson in room #10 by 8:20 am. Posters will hang in the main hall on Monday-Friday of election week. Please take down your poster on Friday, January 25th right after school if you wish to save it. All remaining posters will be thrown away.
Monday & Tuesday, January 14 & 15 and possibly January 16
Mandatory (you must be there) election broadcast taping for all candidates will begin. Please report to room #8 during your assigned time for taping. You will only be allowed 2 takes during your session. Please make sure you have a copy of your speech to read from...BE PREPARED!!!!
Tuesday, January 22 to January 23
- Candidate speeches will be viewed by Advisory classes and posted on the Dana Web Page
- Voting will take place after Presidential speeches have been viewed by the student body on Wednesday. January 23. Electronic voting will be opened up on Wednesday after announcements and remain open until Friday, January 25 at 12:30 pm for all students to vote.
- Results of the election will be announced in the office after school on Friday, January 25. If a run-off election is needed, voting will continue to take place during Advisory until a candidate is elected.
