STEMsters Robotics Competition
The competition takes place at Arcadia High School on Saturday, October 24, 2026, for grades 6–12. Students enter solo or in teams of up to four, with no robotics experience needed.
In this year’s game, Summit, students build robots that follow their code to push an opponent off a raised hill or finish higher. They’ll explore programming, electronics, and applied physics, learning how code, motors, and batteries work together and how friction and balance affect performance.
We offer step-by-step building and coding guides for beginners. Registration is $20 per team, with an optional $120 kit including a BBC micro:bit. Students build and program their robots before the event. No school-sponsored team is required.
